    These were nothing like the video, they were super thin and tore to pieces the one time used

    The pads in the video are our 2.0 version. They came out in Feb of 2024. The pads that you ordered in September of 2023 were our older original version. If you would like to send us an email we would be happy to hook you up with some new pads!
